Hawzah News Agency- Hojatoleslam Hossein Mozaffari made the remarks during a meeting with a group of poets from Qazvin province, according to a report by the Hawzah News Agency.
At the outset, he paid tribute to the late founder of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini (RA), the martyred leader of the Ummah, and the cherished martyrs — particularly those of the imposed wars and the January sedition.
Mozaffari expressed gratitude to God for the opportunity to attend the gathering, which he described as infused with the fragrance of poetry and literature, and said he benefited from the beautiful verses recited.
Referring to the book "Mutual Services of Islam and Iran" by Martyr Motahhari, the head of the Qazvin Seminary Council said the scholar had clearly demonstrated that among all nations, the Iranian people have rendered the greatest service to Islam and, in turn, have benefited most from divine teachings.
The representative of the Iranian Leader in Qazvin province noted that Iranians were pioneers in various fields and sciences, but in the realm of literature, Persian poetry gained greater richness after the advent of Islam, with great poets often reflecting religious teachings beautifully in their verses.
He continued: "Divine majesty lies within the beauty of the Lord, and within calamities — which are the manifestation of divine majesty — lies the beauty of God Almighty; just as Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) said at the height of calamity: 'I saw nothing but beauty.'"
The Friday prayer leader of Qazvin also cited a narration from Imam Hassan al-Askari (AS):
«مَا مِنْ بَلِيَّةٍ إِلَّا وَ لِلَّهِ فِيهَا نِعْمَةٌ تُحِيطُ بِهَا»
"There is no calamity except that within it lies a blessing from God greater than the calamity itself."
